1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the 77bd platform and all its users. From the moment you begin using any service provided through the 77bd website, app, or any other channel, you are considered to have agreed to these terms.

In this document, "77bd", "platform", "we", or "our" refers to the entity operating 77bd. "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person who uses the services of 77bd.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with 77bd, the following conditions must be met:

  • The applicant must be a resident of Bangladesh.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
  • Each person may operate only one account.
  • The mobile number and email used for registration must be active and your own.
  • Registration must be completed through OTP verification.

2.1 Identity Verification

77bd may at any time request a National ID (NID), passport, or other valid documents to confirm a user's identity. 77bd reserves the right to suspend deposits or withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

2.2 Providing False Information

If any false or misleading information is provided during registration or identity verification, the account may be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3 Age Requirement

For Ages 21+

All casino and betting services on 77bd are for persons aged 21 or older only. Opening an account or using the service on behalf of anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

If age verification shows that a user is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions made on that account will be considered void. Protecting minors from gambling is one of 77bd's primary responsibilities.

4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Sharing login credentials with or granting account access to any third party is not permitted.

  • Keep your password sufficiently complex and change it regularly.
  • If you log in from an unfamiliar device, notify support immediately.
  • Any unauthorised activity on your account must be reported to 77bd immediately.
  • The user is responsible for all activity carried out through the account.

77bd protects your information through SSL encryption and modern security measures. However, no platform can guarantee 100% security.

5 Deposits and Payments

The following methods are accepted for deposits on 77bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank).

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits below this amount cannot be processed.

5.2 Deposit Terms

  • Deposits must be made from your own registered payment method.
  • 77bd reserves the right to cancel deposits made through a third party.
  • Cryptocurrency or any other method is not accepted.
  • If there is any problem with a transaction, save a screenshot or the transaction reference number as proof.

6 Withdrawals and Payouts

The minimum withdrawal amount for winnings is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Accepted withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

6.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • Account identity verification must be completed before withdrawing.
  • The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for any active bonus has been met.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
  • Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted at the same time, but each will be processed separately.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

77bd offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

7.1 Bonus Example

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

7.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per device or IP address.
  • While a bonus is active, the specified minimum odds or betting conditions must be followed.
  • Winnings from bets placed with a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
  • 77bd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If bonus terms are breached, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
Remember: Bonuses are a promotional benefit — they are not a guarantee of payment.

8 Gaming Rules

Separate detailed rules apply to casino games, sports betting, and live games on 77bd. The rules for each game category are clearly stated in that section or within the game interface.

8.1 Betting Terms

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If the outcome of any bet is irregular due to a technical error, 77bd reserves the right to void or correct it.
  • If the internet connection is lost, any ongoing bet will be automatically recorded in the system.

8.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, bets can be placed before a match starts and during live play. Odds are variable and markets remain open. If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

9 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on 77bd and may result in account termination:

  • Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Operating games through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Colluding with other users to claim bonuses or rewards.
  • Operating an account using a false identity or documents.

If any such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by 77bd

77bd may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity verification.
  • Detection of unusual or suspicious activity on the account.
  • A court order or legal obligation.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may also request account closure at any time through 77bd support. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing the account.

11 Limitation of Liability

77bd will not be liable under any circumstances for the following:

  • Loss or transaction delays caused by internet disconnection.
  • Loss caused by problems with the user's device or software.
  • Loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access to the account.
  • Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable events.

In the event of any technical problem, 77bd will make every effort to restore the service as quickly as possible. However, 77bd's liability for financial loss caused by such issues is limited.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

77bd places the highest importance on the privacy of users' personal information. Full details of how your information is collected, used, and protected are clearly set out in our Privacy Policy.

By using 77bd's services, you are also considered to have agreed to the Privacy Policy. Personal information is not shared with third parties, though it may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

13 Responsible Gaming

77bd believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, but it can become an addiction. We are therefore committed to responsible gaming.

14 Changes and Amendments
